Amy Wilson brings 12 years of recruiting experience to her role as Director at Vlaad and Company. She is primarily focused on mandates within investment banking, operations and wealth management, as well as spearheading the firms initiative as it relates to Women in Capital Markets.
A career search consultant, Amy was previously in the Toronto office of a multi-national executive search firm, focused on execution and complete cycle of senior level searches in Diversified Industries. She was also a member of the firm's Global Centre of Expertise in Human Resources. Earlier in her career, Amy was an associate with a Canadian based retained executive search firm. She worked closely with senior partners in the execution and direction of research, search strategy development, candidate development, assessment, client updates and referencing.
Amy holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Dalhousie University and a Post Graduate Degree in Human Resource Management (CHRM) from Humber College. Amy's community involvement includes serving on the Annual Fund Committee of Havergal College, a founding Cabinet member of the ROM's Young Patrons Circle and as an Advisory Board member of MacIDeas, a Canadian based theatre production company. Amy can't travel enough and tries to stay active by skiing and running.
