Vlaad and Company has a network of colleagues specialized in Capital Markets who leverage our leading edge database system and provide logistics support across Canada and the UK. Our head office is strategically located in Toronto, the hub of the Canadian financial industry that we serve.

We purposefully mirror our clients' business expansion in product expertise and geographical reach. Accordingly, Vlaad and Company has diversified its portfolio from sell-side and buy-side and corporate developed mandates, to include lending and non-plain vanilla capital markets roles.

In the last year Canadian financial institutions represented the highest growth rates in the U.S. and U.K. amongst players in the industry. In order to better serve our clients we believed it was important to also expand our geographic offerings - opening a UK office and by exploring growth options in New York and Houston.
