As a founding member of the Advisory Committee of Vlaad and Company, Rob’s extensive global experience in senior leadership roles in investment banking and executive search strengthens the contribution and vision of our leadership team.

Rob has served on the Board of Directors of a number of corporations in Canada and United States. He began his career practising securities law, before moving into investment banking, and subsequently the executive search industry. Rob is currently a member of the Dean’s Global Council at the Schulich School of Business, and also serves as senior advisor to a major European private equity firm.

Rob is also an active member of the community and believes passionately in the importance of education at every level. He is an Executive in Residence at the Schulich School of Business, and previously held the role of Executive Director of Schulich’s Career Development Centre.
