Mark, who joined Vlaad and Company in 2008, is primarily focused on Investment Banking, Research, Private Equity and Corporate Development at mid to senior levels. Mark also spends significant time with companies on themes such as competitive intelligence, identifying platform weaknesses, talent evaluation, compensation and leadership.
