Louise heads up ECA and partners with corporate clients to provide customized, cost effective outplacement solutions and a full suite of career services to job seekers. 10 years of recruiting and HR experience made for a seamless transition to career services and outplacement, where she has spent the last 5 years. Owning a successful resume writing business exposed Louise to highly diverse, international clients from C Suite to university students in graduate level programs. With a staggering career services success rate, she excels at managing relationships with employers and job seekers to build trust and drive results.
Louise graduated from Western University in Sociology, earned Advanced Honours (with a 4.0 GPA!) in HR Management, holds the CHRP designation and is a member of the Halton Region HRPA. Having previously been the Chief Family Officer at her house for 10 years, she is living proof that women can return to work to find success and happiness on the career front.
Born in Brussels, Louise has lived in four different countries. She is a big thinker and credits those early international experiences in shaping her view of people and the world. She can find the humor in any situation and often creates hilarious comedy sketches in her head. Louise lives in Oakville and loves spending time planning adventures and outings with her two children. A natural innovator, her solution to grilling meat to perfection in the dark by wearing a headlamp guarantees her permanence as Queen of the BBQ.
