A recently retired Managing Director and Co-Head the Quebec Capital Markets’ operations for a Canadian Bank-owner dealer. As a client relationship specialist for institutional and large corporate accounts around the globe, Fil brings to Vlaad best practises required to deliver market-leading solutions.

Fil is an active community member and is especially interested in making a difference in the fields of education and health. As a board member for the Loran Scholarship Foundation, Chair of the McGill Engineering Faculty Advancement Board and a campaign cabinet member for “Made by McGill: the Campaign for Our Third Century”, he hopes to make higher education more accessible.
