In our experience, too many people want to give their autobiography and solve every problem a company has when they talk through an interview. The company has a problem. Once you know what that problem is, go in with a 6-point attack. What are the six most marketable points to address? Repeat these points throughout each interview. I am sure you have all heard press conferences held by politicians or police. They have a script and keep hammering home the key messages. This is your attack plan as well.
