Interviews – Return on Investments

Every interview is an investment of time. If somebody is meeting you, they’re interested in you and they’ve invested their personal time to meet with you. Think about an interview in terms of a return on investment for both parties. You are given the opportunity when sitting with somebody to tell your story.

You’re getting a positive return already even if this connection doesn’t result in a job opportunity. Now think about the interviewer on the other side of the table – make sure they have a positive return for their time.
