Preparation

March 27, 2018

I can’t stress enough the importance of being prepared. It is surprising how often people get into an interview and they haven’t fully reviewed the finer details of their resume. They do not remember the names of the people that they interviewed with at Company A, Company B, and Company C recently. Or they are vague of deal details or their direct reports. If you are going to have a successful interview, you need to be prepared.

You need to be prepared in order to speak confidently about yourself about the company that you’re meeting with, the product that you are pitching and the problem they need solved.

For more information like this, consider joining the Executive Career Academy, powered by Vlaad and Company. This program runs over three days and fully explores best-practice themes, methods, and initiatives to use when transitioning into a superior career stream, re-entering the market, or simply finding a better career.
