“At first I was hesitant agreeing to be put forward for a role, not having worked with a recruiter before. I had this false belief that in doing so there is a premium to my cost of getting employed. However, as I have witnessed, my now employer already factored in that cost in the process and by not being involved, I would be missing out on opportunities. There were many items both my possible employer and I had to consider. Vlaad made sure we addressed each issue in advance and they acted to minimize tensions that might cause my employer and I to start off on the wrong foot. I got straight up feedback and because Vlaad also gets paid to close deals, I was aware that the process was moving as quickly as was necessary.”
