Your Professional Profile
What are hiring managers looking for? They have a hole they are trying to fill which represents a business problem to solve. Every element of your profile should address solving their problem. If it doesn’t take it out.
Very simply focus on solving their problem.
But essentially your profile should be:
The last one is the easiest. The first two require finesse. How do you know when it’s enough to be full yet still keep it plain?
If you can’t tell your story at each role in a line or two rethink how you are describing.
In the end, less is more. The point in all of your profile building is to distinguish yourself. To make the reader recognize who you are and set you apart from everyone else and the only way you can do that is if you can clearly identify where it is that you want to go.
