Jean-Pierre Interlino is Partner, Montréal and Eastern Canada at Vlaad and Company. He is known for his insight and experience in financial services recruitment. He focuses on connecting exceptional talent with teams in highly sought-after organizations.

Jean-Pierre joined Vlaad and Company in 2008. At that time, he brought with him ten years of financial services experience including hedging and interest interest-rate derivatives products sales and corporate finance. He previously worked on the trading desk at a large Canadian bank where he focused in on the sales of interest rate derivative products to large corporations. Prior to this, Jean-Pierre spent close to eight years in investment banking in Montréal. 

Fast forward to today and Jean-Pierre is still working with those teams but from a different perspective as he is repeatedly called to work closely with leaders to find talent  for three mains spheres: Corporations, Large and Small, Asset Managers be it in the Private of Public Market, and Banks and Brokerage firms across the span of their institutional clients -facing departments.

Jean-Pierre loves are spending time with his family, weekends on the slopes, cars, and he has a knack for seeing life through the lens of photography.
