Jessica Finck is a Recruitment Associate at Vlaad and Company. She provides practical insight while working closely with both candidates and clients to build strong teams.

Jessica started her career in wealth management and transitioned to commercial banking in order to shift her experience from high net worth investments to business debt. This enabled her to foster important business development skills working within private equity. She cultivates strong relationships and her past experiences have created a strong foundation in recruitment.

Outside of the office, Jessica is a proud dog owner and when she’s not busy chasing after her dog, Panko, she can be found road tripping, visiting wineries, and discovering dog friendly places (and would welcome any recommendations!).
